    The nutritional consults are designed to provide a foundation for sustainable changes - break the old habits cycle permanently.

    First Session:

    Usually over an hour long, this is devoted to gathering information of your health, nutritional status and lifestyle behavior patterns. We will discuss your purpose for seeking counseling,
    so that you leave with awareness of your habits and how you will achieve your goals.
    A follow-up email will remind you of your goals.

    Second Strategy Session
    This half hour session will focus on individualized techniques for your personality and lifestyle that will help you to achieve your nutrition and health goals.
    We go through implementing techniques important to achieve your goals. At the end we will set time-frames for the goals and discuss the frequency of follow-up sessions.
    You will have an email reminding you of your time frame and goals.

    Follow -up Sessions
    After review to assess your progress, modifications and strategies to assist you with your goals. You will learn more strategies towards sustaining your health habits.

    To summarize, the consultations will:
    (a) Comprehensively evalute your nutrition status and set long-term goals
    (b) Design strategies for stable change
    (d) Specific recommendations to assist in following your plan.
    (e) Techniques to raise awareness and reduce stress that affects your health
    (f) Tips on the little things that affect your health , food relationships and lifestyle.

    Nutritional Counseling is available in midtown Manhattan (or by phone/ e-mails)

    Appointment Policy
    Appointments start on time. If you are late to the session, you will end at your session time to avoid holds up for the next client. The full visit fee will be charged.
    Payment Policy
    Payment is due before the session. Checks, credit cards and cash are accepted.
    Payment includes the nutrition session and two short phone calls (5 minutes)
    Longer phone calls and emails will be considered as part of follow-up sessions and
    will be billed.

    Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations require at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the session.

    - Go over any recent lab results related to your nutritional status
    - Review nutritional supplements
    - Identify factors that influence that affect your food choices
    - tracking material to assess in follow up sessions.
    You follow up sessions:
    It is easy to lose focus with all the emotional distractions, stress and environmental pitfalls we encounter every day.Follow-up sessions give strategies to keep you on track.

Flexibility - You have the flexibility to take the time and do what you need to do for success.
I will be there to support you even if it is long-distance, iIf you live far away you can mail in a food record every few weeks and you will receive feedback by phone
